FrippVacation Managed Rentals
Our FrippVacation Managed Rentals Membership builds on the same features as the Owner Managed Rental Membership except FrippVacation manages each and every aspect of your property rentals. We handle all guest correspondence beginning with the initial inquiry all the way through to check-out and guest follow-up.
A significant benefit over the owner managed membership is the fact that we conduct thorough pre-guest stay and post-guest stay property inspections, thereby ensuring your property is always in pristine condition for future guests.
As with our Owner Managed Rentals Membership, guests can play an active role in the reservation process by accessing their online reservation page. From this page they can view and accept all agreements, secure their stay by making online credit card payments, and view each step of the reservation process as it occurs. The guest reservation page provides a quick dashboard view of the entire reservation process in real-time.

Our goal is to create repeat business for your property by ensuring that each guest has a memorable stay on Fripp Island and in particular, in your home or villa. We make it very clear to guests that we are available at a moments notice to handle any issue that may arise. Being island-resident, we can address any guest issues via a short golf cart ride to your property. |
| Collections |
We collect all rents and security deposits and promptly distribute funds to you on or around guest departure. |
| Check-In |
Prior to guest arrival, we conduct a thorough inspection of your home or villa in order to ensure that your property is in perfect condition for your arriving guests. We also provide a guest check-in booklet that contains island information, area attraction information, local business coupons, and any other information needed to make our guests stay as enjoyable as possible. Additionally, we check to make sure all thermostats are set to proper levels. We even go so far as to ensure that your golf cart is fully operational and ready for guests to use. |
| Check-Out |
After guest check-out we conduct two property inspections. The first inspection is prior to the arrival of the cleaning team in order to determine if anything was damaged during the guest's stay. If damage is found, we will perform all steps necessary to get you reimbursed for damage repairs. We will coordinate any damages repairs with you and ensure the proper work is completed prior to the next guest stay. |
| Accounting |
As with the Owner Managed Membership, you can login to your account at any time to view all inquiry and rental activity. You can view all rental income received and in queue. You're never in the dark in regards to your rental activities. |
| Complete Audit Trail |
Since everything mentioned is stored in a secure database, you have a complete audit trail of all inquiry and rental activity, including all accounting of items processed available to you 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. |

Ensure all property keys are available for guests.
Ensure all thermostats are set to owner requested settings.
Ensure all light bulbs are working and replace if necessary.
Ensure all windows and doors are locked when departing.
Ensure guest has a fresh welcome folder.
