Additional cleaning fee may be charged for non-weekly rentals. A $45 booking/administration fee may be charged for property setup.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.
Payment Methods
All major Credit Cards accepted. Also accepted: Cash, Personal Check, Cashier's Check, Traveler's Check, or Money Order. There is a $35.00 charge for all returned checks.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a "Mandatory" evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.
The closest beach access is about 1/2 mile south of the unit on Dolphin or Marlin Drive. We can arrange for you to rent a golf cart that can get you anywhere on the island in a matter of minutes. Also, you have full access the the Condoi complex's private pool.
