A full gourmet kitchen, a dining room table with seating for everyone, two home theaters and an 800 square foot wet bar, make for fabulous family entertaining. Enjoy an ocean view from the roof top hot tub, or relax on the 1,500 square feet of decks and screened porches.
Long Strange Fripp is located on beach access, just 50 yards from the front door to the ocean. It is a five minute stroll to the Beach Club, which features two pools, beach front bar, restaurants, gym, and gift shops. Your rental includes, the use of two golf carts for easy access to the island's other attractions, and umbrellas, sand chairs, and beach toys.

Rates do not include accommodations state/county tax.
Additional cleaning fee may be charged for non-weekly rentals. A $45 booking/administration fee may be charged for property setup.

Confirmation Deposit
A refundable security / damage deposit is required and will be included in the final payment.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.
Payment Methods
All major credit cards accepted. Also accepted: Cash, Personal Check, Cashier's Check, Traveler's Check, or Money Order. There is a $35.00 charge for all returned checks.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a "Mandatory" evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.

Your house is AMAZING!! Our 4 generations loved the HUGE living area with the massive table. We even kept a puzzle going at one end of it. The kitchen was great too. We were so impressed with the drawers closing themselves. : ) The entire set up was perfect for all of us, including my 5 year old and 7 month old grandsons. My 82 year old mother was able to enjoy the ocean from the third floor lookout. Truly the house was all we had hoped and LOTS more. We are very thankful for our time there. We hope to return soon.
