Be prepared to relax on the front/back porch, rock in rocking chairs, and watch the deer feed at our house on Beautiful Fripp Island. Our house is a 4 bedroom 3 full bath home with recent upgrades and a new kitchen. The house is very easy to enter and exit since it is a one story home. Don't fret about parking since we have parking access in the front and rear of the home. A boat up to 20 feet can easily be parked in the rear of the house if you have one to bring.
The home has 5 TVs for your entertainment pleasure. Don't worry about renting a golf cart since we supply one for your use. The sleeping arrangements has 1 King Bed, 4 singles, 1 bunk bed for the kids, and a day bed. Local fishing is excellent, so bring your fishing poles to catch the evening meal. Use our gas supplied fish cooker or outdoor grill to cook your catch for your family. My family's favorite pastime is catching and "eating the local seafood". So prepare to relax and enjoy beautiful Fripp Island.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.
Payment Methods
All major Credit Cards accepted. Also accepted: Cash, Personal Check, Cashier's Check, Traveler's Check, or Money Order. There is a $35.00 charge for all returned checks.
For Longer than weekly rentals for Winter Months a lower rate is available. Contact owner.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a "Mandatory" evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.
