Other Fees
This home is subject to a $200 refundable security deposit. Security deposit refunds typically take 30-45 days to process. 11% Accommodation and Sales tax NOT included in rental fee. There is a nominal charge for wireless internet access. Cleaning cost included in stays 4 or more nights.

Confirmation Deposit
50% (of rent and applicable sales tax) is due at the time of booking to hold the reservation. Remaining balance (and additional $200 security deposit) is due no later than 60 days prior to date of check in for most reservations. Reservations are not binding until 50% down payment is received. For stays of longer than 7 days balance is due 90 days prior to check in date.

Cancellation and Refunds
Up to 60 days prior to check-in reservations maybe cancelled (with written notice) and down payment refunded--minus a $100.00 processing fee. After 60 days prior to check-in the reservation is only refundable if property is re-booked at original rate--minus the $100.00 processing fee. Optional Travel Insurance that covers last minute cancellation for a variety of reasons is available for purchase.
